Go2Guy respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

• Name, phone number, email address and property address when you request a quote or book.
• Details about your property and the service needed, including photos you send us.
• Basic technical information when you visit the website (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it

• To give quotes, schedule and perform services, and send invoices.
• To respond to your questions and complaints.
• To send offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time (section 69 of POPIA).
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business (such as hosting, email and accounting), who must keep it confidential and secure, or where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside South Africa; we only use providers with adequate protection as required by section 72 of POPIA.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law (for example, tax records for 5 years).

6. Your rights

• Ask whether we hold your information and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to processing, including direct marketing.
